DB Security Services provide residential key holding services to homeowners throughout Staffordshire. We will attend your home whenever an intruder alert is activated 24/7/365 or at specified times when you are on holiday or away for a few days to give you peace of mind when you are away or at home alone.

In the event of an intruder alert, our mobile patrol officers will carry out an external and internal inspection of your home for signs of forced entry or potential hazard and take the appropriate action. Our mobile response officers are fully trained, SIA registered and comply with industry standards. We provide full, detailed call-out reports the next working day.

We will hold a set of keys to your home in a secure location in an unmarked storage facility, at our premises in the event of an intruder alert or if you lose your keys and require them at any time. We will carry our periodic checks on your property. We will complete these checks as often as you wish, or as often as your insurance company requires, ensuring that your most valuable asset is secure.

All our Mobile Patrol vehicles are fitted with Live Satellite Vehicle Tracking. Attended and incident reports are provided for any visits we make so you know that your property is being monitored by a competent company.

Our keyholding and alarm response services provide security offices to attend your premises in the event of an alarm activation when you are not available to attend. This may be in the middle of the night, when you are on holiday or at all times if you prefer to not attend intruder alerts yourself.

It may not be an option for you to rely on neighbours, friends or family to attend an intruder alert and require the external services of a keyholder response company. All of our operatives are SIA registered contractors and meet the industry standard. We will hold and store keys to your premises in a safe and secure place in accordance with industry standards.

If an alarm is activated, our officers will immediately attend your premises to assess the situation following your incident instructions guidelines. We will look for signs of a forced entry externally and internally and take the appropriate course of action. Once an incident has been investigated and closed, we provide a detailed report to you confirming that we visited your premises and the action we took.

We also provide open and lockup services to business premises. Your staff will be given access to your premises at any given time you require and your premises will be locked at any given time you and checked to ensure all of your staff have left the building. We also make sure that all windows and doors are secured.
